Please post technical issues here and we will address them asap.

Solutions:

Animations and videos don't appear in Google Earth balloons.

-Try updating your Google Earth from within the program. Select Help > Check For Updates Online.
-Make sure your Flash Player is the most current version: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
-If those updates don't fix the problem, you may have to uninstall your current version of Google Earth and install the latest version (5.2) from the Google Earth website: http://www.google.com/earth/index.html

An extra scroll bar appears on the right side of the Google Earth balloon.

-The Google Earth balloons are sized for desktop monitors and 15" laptop screens. Using a smaller screen will cause an extra scroll bar to appear. If you see the additional scroll bar, please reply to this post to report the problem. We may re-size the balloons if this is a common issue.
